PERSONAL TRAINING

General PT sessions
Tailor made 1:1 sessions working on aerobic and anaerobic fitness, weight training and core stability. Whatever your fitness goals, be it weight loss, general fitness or specific technical improvement, I tailor personal training programmes that work for you!

Boxing PT sessions
From complete beginners to experienced boxers, let me show you how boxing can be for everyone. Learn basic to advanced boxing technique, improve your confidence, get fit, and have fun along the way!

Recommended equipment:
  • Fitness attire
  • Boxing gloves (14oz or 16oz)
  • Hand wraps or quick gel wraps
  • Flat training shoes or boxing boots
  • Gum shield (For sparring or contact drills which are optional)
  • Headgear (For sparring or contact drills which are optional)

GROUP CLASSES

Online classes
With the changing times that we face, why not join one of my personal online classes? Within the comfort of your own home, join a session that that will combine HIIT with punching, releasing endorphins to make you feel better. A fun-packed class where you will learn everything from boxing technique to strength and endurance. Options are available for bookable 1:1 and private group sessions.

Outdoor classes
Take advantage of the open spaces we have in London to participate in my trademark outdoor classes.  Meet new people with a shared interest, make friends, and embark on your fitness journey together.

​Studio classes​
I am affiliated with boxing clubs across London, so why not enjoy a session at an authentic boxing gym? Get in the ring or just take in the energy of other dedicated boxers as you learn:

CORPORATE SESSIONS

Be that on your premises, in a local park or online, why not introduce fitness classes to your well-being agenda? Start the day with a high-intensity class, setting yourself up for the day ahead, or take a break from the high pressures of your day with a 30 minute lunchtime power break.

Boxing classes
Learn the basics, improve your confidence, and alleviate stress with boxing focused classes. No equipment needed although this can be provided if the program requires this.

HIIT classes
Improve productivity, bond with your team and sweat! Fun classes without the hassle of gym membership or need to travel. Work on your own personal goals, whilst encouraging those around you.

Build core strength, tone up and use muscles you never new existed with core classes that help improve posture, particularly focused on those that sit at their desks for long periods of time.
